All Sales Final on Opened Products
For hygienic and safety reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any retail products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Once a product leaves my studio, I cannot guarantee its safety, purity, or proper storage conditions. For this reason, all opened product sales are final.
Unopened & Defective Products
Unopened retail products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if the product is defective or damaged at the time of sale. Items must be:
Unopened, unused, and in original condition
Returned with original receipt or proof of purchase
Approved returns will be exchanged for the same product or issued as studio credit only. Refunds to the original form of payment are not guaranteed.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
I understand that skin sensitivities can occur. Because reactions are highly individual and outside of my control, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds for allergic reactions or sensitivities. I strongly recommend patch testing all new products prior to full use.
Gift Cards & Services
Gift cards, prepaid services, and facial packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
